BJP National President Announces Team Of New Office Bearers

The BJP National President Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda on September 26 announced team of new office bearers and spokespersons of the party. Shri Nadda appointed 12 National Vice Presidents, 8 National General Secretaries, one National General Secretary (Organization), 3 National Joint Gen. Secretaries(Organization),13 National Secretaries and 23 National Spokespersons. Apart from these, new National Presidents of Morchas of the party were also appointed.

The newly appointed Vice Presidents are Dr. Raman Singh, Smt. Vasundhara Raje Scindia, Shri Radha Mohan Singh, Shri Baijayant Jay Panda, Shri Raghubar Das, Shri Mukul Roy, Smt. Rekha Verma, Smt. Annpurna Devi, Smt. (Dr.) Bharti Ben Shiyal, Smt. D.K. Aruna, Shri M. Chuba Ao and Shri Abdulla Kutty. The newly appointed National General Secretaries are Shri Bhupendra Yadav, Shri Arun Singh,Shri Kailash Vijayvargiya, Shri Dushyant Kumar Gautam, Smt. D. Purandeswari, Shri C T Ravi, Shri Tarun Chugh and Shri Dilip Saikia. Shri B.L Santhosh was appointed as General Secretary (Organization) along with Shri V. Satish, Shri Saudan Singh and Shri Shiv Prakash as three National Joint General Secretaries(Organization).

Shri Vinod Tawde, Shri Vinod Sonkar, Shri Bishweswar Tudu, Shri Satya Kumar, Shri Sunil Deodhar, Shri Arvind Menon, Shri Harish Dwivedi, Smt. Pankaja Munde, Shri Omprakash Dhurve, Shri Anupam Hazra, Dr. Narendra Singh, Smt Vijaya Rahatkar and Smt. Alka Gurjar were appointed on the post of National Secretary. Shri Rajesh Agarwal and Shri Sudhir Gupta were given responsibility of Treasurer and Joint Treasurer respectively. Shri Mahendra Kumar continued on the post of Office Secretary. Shri Amit Malviya, Shri Anil Baluni,Dr. Sanjay Mayukh were appointed IT incharge,Media incharge, Co-Media incharge respectively.

election in-charge of BJP for Bihar

BJP National President Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda appointed former Chief Minister of Maharashtra Shri Devendra Fadnavis as election in-charge of the party for the Bihar Assembly elections on 30 Sep. 2020.

NDA declares seat sharing in Bihar assembly polls

NDA finalized seat sharing agreement in Bihar assembly polls. Both BJP and JD(U) have agreed to contest on 121 seats and 122 respectively out of a total of 243 seats. JD (U) is said to accommodate HAM-S, which is likely to contest on five seats. The BJP allocated 11 seats to associate partner Vikassheel Insaan Party (VIP) from its quota of 121 seats. It was declared in a press conference held in Patna on 6 Oct. 2020 which was attended by Chief Minister Shri Nitish Kumar, Deputy Chief Minister Shri Sushil Kumar Modi, Bihar BJP Election Incharge Devendra Fadnavis and Bihar BJP Incharge Shri Bhupendra Yadav, Bihar BJP President Shri Sanjay Jaiswal and Bihar JD(U) President Shri Vashistha Narayan Singh.
