BJP National President Shri JP Nadda inaugurated the ‘BJYM Border Village Sampark Abhiyan’ at Kankamura in West Tripura district on 12 January 2023. This Abhiyan, initiated under the leadership of BJYM National President Shri Tejasvi Surya, will connect with over 200 border villages across eight states and 50 districts of India.

Taking the vision of PM Shri Narendra Modi forward, BJYM National President Shri Tejasvi Surya called upon all BJYM Karyakartas to take up BJYM Border Villages Sampark Abhiyaan in which a BJYM karyakarta will go to border villages and stay there for 3 days to have direct interaction with the locals and understand their aspirations, apprehensions, life, and culture.

The BJYM Karyakartas will also disseminate information about the Union Government’s Vibrant Villages Programme (VVP) to the residents and take their feedback about the changes brought about in their day-to-day life with this development policy of the Modi government.

In order to ensure faster development of border villages, the Central Government has introduced the “Vibrant Villages” initiative.
