Union Home and Cooperation Minister Shri Amit Shah on 07 November, 2023 said law and order, electricity in villages and welfare schemes started by the previous government vanished after Ashok Gehlot came to power in Rajasthan and added only a magician can do this, alluding to the chief minister’s past.
Addressing an election rally in Kuchaman, Rajasthan ahead of the November 25 assembly polls, the Union Home Minister said the Congress government in the state is the most corrupt and has crossed all limits of appeasement, and appealed to people to uproot it. He cited the killing of Udaipur tailor Kanhaiya Lal, various communal incidents, illegal mining and recruitment exam paper leaks to target the state government.
Referring to Chief Minister Gehlot’s previous association with magic, Shri Shah said he has made law and order, electricity in rural areas and schemes launched by the previous BJP government led by Vasundhara Raje vanish. “Only a magician can do this,” he said.
Gehlot gets angry on seeing the colour red, Shri Shah said, in the context of a Red Diary that, according to the allegation of terminated minister Rajendra Gudha, contains details of illegal financial transactions of the chief minister.
He also said that the Congress can neither keep the country safe nor bring glory, whereas Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has done the work of taking the national flag to the moon. India launched a spacecraft on the lunar surface earlier this year, becoming the fourth country to achieve the feat.

‘Congress made Madhya Pradesh a BIMARU state’
Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah on 04 November, 2023 addressed a massive rally in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, which goes to polling on November 17. Shri Shah hit out at the previous Kamal Nath-led Congress government, calling it an anti-development government. “The Congress government is an anti-development government. When they formed a government for 15 months, they stopped many of the welfare schemes. They stopped the scheme that provided Sahariya Janajati with Rs.1000. They also stopped the sickle cell anaemia mission meant for the tribes. But the BJP revived all the schemes”, he said.
Criticising the Congress party for appeasement, the Home Minister said Congress supported anti-national forces. “It supported the SIMI-like terror outfit PFI which Modi Ji banned. Congress named terrorists like Zakir Naik the messenger of peace. On the other hand, it tarnished the names of Hindu leaders by associating them with saffron terror,” he said.
Hailing Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Shri Shah said, “Due to the vision of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, India has become the fifth largest economy from the 11th spot. On the other hand, Shivraj Singh Chouhan ensured that the economy of Madhya Pradesh grew at a high rate of 16 per cent and pulled 1.36 crore people from below the poverty line”.
Accusing the Congress of dynastic politics, he said, “The Congress leaders are concerned about their sons only. Just like Sonia Gandhi wants to make her son the prime minister, Kamal Nath wants to make his son Nakul Nath the chief minister. They cannot do any welfare for the poor. They can only get engaged in corruption”. “It is you, people, to decide whether you want the government of Corruption Nath or the government that does the welfare of the poor; Congress party that is involved in 2G scam or the Modi government that gives 5G speed; politics of Parivar or politics of performance,” he said.

Union Home and Cooperation Minister Shri Amit Shah addressing a huge “Vijay Sankalp Maharally” in Pandariya, Chhattisgarh on 3 November, 2023 declared that Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel is a pre-paid CM of Congress and his talk time is no longer valid. According to the union Home minister, Bhupesh Baghel turned Chhattisgarh into the Congress party’s cash machine.
“If Baghel becomes the Chief Minister again, then thousands of crores of rupees will be withdrawn by swapping the pre-paid cards daily,” Shri Shah said.
During his address, he urged the public to vote for Bharatiya Janata Party in the upcoming polls. “When you all go to vote, do not vote to elect an MLA or a minister…Your vote shapes the future of Chhattisgarh…Your vote is to end Naxalism and make the Adivasi region a developed region,” he said.
Shri Amit Shah said Bhupesh Baghel is plundering Chhattisgarh’s populace. The welfare of Chhattisgarh cannot be done by someone who only wants to advance his political career. I refer to him as a pre-paid CM of Congress for this reason. By simply switching the prepaid cards every day, thousands of crores of rupees will be taken out—even if Bhupesh Baghel wins the chief ministership once more by accident.

‘Muslims, Yadavs’ population deliberately shown more in Bihar caste survey’
Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah on 5 November, 2023 severely criticised Nitish Kumar government in Bihar and accused the caste survey of deliberately showing inflated Muslim and Yadav population as part of appeasement politics.
While addressing a massive rally in Muzaffarpur, Bihar on 05 November, 2023 Shri Shah said the decision to conduct the caste survey in the state was taken when Nitish Kumar’s JD(U) was an NDA constituent.
Shri Amit Shah said there are two types of ‘JAM’. For BJP, JAM – Jan Dhan account, Aadhaar, and Mobile. For the Bihar government, JAM – ‘Jativad’ and ‘Parivarvad’, ‘Apradh’, and Minority appeasement. The alliance partners call themselves the well-wishers of backward classes. The decision to conduct the survey was taken when the BJP was a part of Nitish Kumar’s government…Congress always boycotted and opposed the backward society. Whereas PM Shri Modi always respected the backward society…”
Earlier in 2022, Nitish Kumar-led Janata Dal (United) severed ties with the BJP and joined the Mahagathbandhan alliance, which comprises Congress, RJD, and Left parties. While attacking the Mahagathbandhan alliance, Shri Shah said the only agenda of the bloc was to oppose Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.
Nitish Kumar should stop dreaming about becoming the next PM. The INDI alliance did not even make him its convener, he said. Shri Shah also added that Nitish Kumar was responsible for ‘Gundaraj’ in Bihar.
