The central government led by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has completed nine years at the center. Millions of Bharatiya Janata Party karyakartas are celebrating this great achievement by organising various public outreach (Maha Jansampark) programmes across the country. On this occasion, the BJP is organising different events like huge public meetings, Sampark Se Samarthan, Intellectual and Trader’s conference, and beneficiary Sampark. Under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and BJP National President Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda, all members of the Union Cabinet, national and state office bearers, Chief Ministers, Deputy Chief Ministers, MPs, and MLAs are actively working for the success of this ‘Maha Jansampark Abhiyan’.

The outstanding achievements of the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi led government at the centre in the past nine years are incomparable. Various schemes for the welfare of the poor have been launched, world-class infrastructural development has taken place, internal security, economic progress, and the pride of India at the global level have increased, and this has become possible with the collective efforts of our ministries. All the historic initiatives, like implementing the New Education Policy, bringing back the Indians trapped abroad safely, have raised the heads of every Indian with pride. Along with economic progress, this period of nine years will always be remembered in history as the re-establishment of India’s cultural pride.

When foreign invaders attacked India and did the heinous act of trampling it, devastated the places of faith and reverence, then the soul of India cried out. At such

a time, Maharani Ahilyabai Holkar did the great work of awakening India’s self-respect and restoring its cultural glory in the 17th century. Her exemplary initiative in this direction was the construction of temples at all the famous pilgrimage centres of India, ghats on the banks of rivers, wells and drinking water facilities for travelers, the appointment of scholars in temples, arrangements for the study of scriptures, etc. Many places like Lord Kedarnath, Kashi Vishwanath Temple are still telling their glorious stories.

Similarly, after independence, India should have been free from all the symbols of slavery, like the way the Somnath temple was restored in Gujarat. But in the name of so-called secularism, the work of crushing India’s self-respect continued. Crushing Hindu self-respect and minority appeasement have become the identity of secularism. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has done a great job of restoring India’s cultural pride along with unbiased development, which is similar to the work of Maharani Ahilyabai in the 17th century. His name will also be taken with pride.
The grand temple of Lord Shri Ram in Ayodhya is getting ready in its vibrant form. Very soon, the idol of Lord Shri Ram will be consecrated. Not only the temple, but the entire city of Ayodhya is undergoing development that is becoming sacred and visible to the whole world. The Kashi Vishwanath corridor describes its magnificence in the city of Lord Vishwanath. The scenic beauty of the grand view of Maa Ganga from the temple premises has become mesmerizing. The darshan of Kedarpuri, located in the Himalayas, gives an idea of the reality of life. The grand statue of Jagadguru Shankaracharya shows the unity of the country. The cave in which the Prime Minister used to meditate has become a holy place. Mahakal Lok, located in Ujjain, has also created a new record of its magnificence by demolishing all the old records of pilgrims.

The 2400-year-old Sharda Peeth, established by Jagadguru Adi Shankaracharya and located in Kupwara district near the Line of Control, has opened after 70 years, and worship has started in it. After 500 years, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi hoisted the flag at the Mahakali temple located in Pavagadh, Gujarat. Showering flowers on Kavad Yatra, the grandeur of Kumbh Mela, and the safety of Amarnath Yatra are all ways to build faith among pilgrims. The Advaita Center at Omkareshwar in Madhya Pradesh is also on its way to taking shape.

Even during his foreign pravas, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi visited the Toji Buddhist Temple of Japan, Kinkaku Temple, Shiv Temple of Mauritius, Naguleshwam Temple of Lanka, Mahabodhi Temple, the famous Lakshmi Narayan Temple of Canada, Gurdwara Khalsa Diwan, Dakshineswar Temple of Bangladesh, and Myanmar Visited the Anand temple in Pashupatinath, Nepal, and presented sandalwood to Jagatjanani Maa Sita’s temple in Janakpur, visited the famous temples of Oman and Muscat. He described the construction of the temple in Dubai as a bridge of harmony between the two countries. The efforts for the safe return of the holy Guru Granth Sahib from Afghanistan have expressed deep faith in the Sikh community across the world for its cultural values. It is a commendable effort to welcome diplomats from all over the world by gifting them the Bhagavad Gita.
The Prime Minister announced ‘Janjatiya Gaurav Diwas’ on the birth anniversary of Lord Birsa Munda, visited the holy place of great Saint Kabirdas Ji, worshipped in the temple of Saint Ravidas Ji, offered obeisance at the holy Gurudwara, and distributed langar. Many efforts were taken, such as the commemoration of Lord Mahatma Buddha and great Saint Shankardev Jayanti, to inspire the society towards these great men who devoted their lives for the improvement of religion, culture, and society.

His efforts are commendable for re-establishing the invaluable heritage of Yoga and Ayurveda, which can be used for the welfare of the whole world. Yoga is today’s

subject of attraction for the whole world. Yoga has become the basis of a healthy and balanced life. The 21st June is celebrated as Yoga Day all over the world. An estimated 300 million people worldwide now practise yoga. Yoga is also the reason for the boom in the wellness and fitness sectors. Activism towards the efforts for the purity of the Ganga, the Aarti of Maa Ganga by the Prime Minister of Japan, has given all the Ganga lovers a holy vision towards the cleanliness of all the rivers, including the Ganga. The project aimed at improving the health of India’s holy river Ganga is one of the top 10 initiatives from around the world recognised by the United Nations for their role in restoring the natural world. Efforts are being made for the growth of Ayurveda by increasing its budget. Now the budget of our Ministry of AYUSH is Rs. 3050 crore. More than 50 Ayurvedic products have been registered in eight countries around the world. The world’s first WHO-recognised center, the WHO Global Center for Traditional Medicine, has started in Jamnagar, Gujarat.
The effort to bring back Indian heritage, a symbol of Indian self-respect that was stolen from India, is also noteworthy. A total of 13 items were returned from 1976 to 2013, whereas after 2014, 235 items symbolising Indian heritage have been returned.

This is an indication of India’s growing influence around the world. The installation of Sengol’s prestige in the new Parliament House has revived the ancient tradition.
Through our culture, we can give the world qualities like a selfless lifestyle without indulgence, coordination in place of conflict, love in place of hatred, cooperation, and tolerance. This is also the essence of Swami Vivekananda’s American speeches and the discourses of all spiritual saints. This effort of cultural awakening by Prime Minister Shri Modi is an exemplary, meaningful initiative in this direction. This has made every Indian proud.
