However, an important part of all these leadership qualities comes from ‘Sabka Samman’ which is less talked about but plays a pivotal role in Shri Modi’s leadership.
The organizational skills of Shri Narendra Modi are widely known to everyone but the Sangathan gets its strength from its Karyakartas and Shri Narendra Modi is a leader who treats his Karyakartas well and make them feel that he is one among them.
Presenting here one such incident where Shri Modi’s behaviour made a Karyakarta emotional even without meeting him in person.
This incident dates back to 2017, when PM Shri Narendra Modi visited Bhabhar city in Gujarat to address a public rally before Assembly elections in the state.

responsibility of arranging tea and breakfast for PM Shri Modi when he reaches the helipad.
Though PM Shri Modi was supposed to reach the helipad at 12.30 pm, Shri Hitesh was asked to reach the helipad by 10 am due to security reasons. Shri Hitesh got tea and breakfast prepared from his home and reached the helipad sharp at 10 am.
As PM Shri Modi’s helicopter landed, he left immediately for the rally site as many people were waiting for his speech there. Though, he was informed by his officials that a Karyakarta was waiting for him since morning with tea and breakfast.
On his return from rally, as PM Shri Modi reached the helipad, he asked his officials to call the karyakarta who was waiting for him since morning.
Since Shri Hitesh had gone to the rally spot, he could not return to the helipad due to security reasons.
PM Shri Narendra Modi then had the breakfast and tea brought by Shri Hitesh. He asked the officials that when the Karyakarta comes back to collect his thermos and other utensils, please inform him that Shri Modi had his tea and breakfast. He also said to inform that Shri Modi wanted to meet the Karyakarta also.
This behaviour by PM Shri Modi touched the heart of Shri Hitesh who says that even after such busy schedule and so much of time, Shri Modi had this in his mind that a Karyakarta was waiting for him. This is something which makes Shri Narendra Modi different from other leaders.
