SALIENT POINTS OF SPEECH OF BJP NATIONAL PRESIDENT SHRI JAGAT PRAKASH NADDA JI GIVEN TODAY WHILE ADDRESSING THE LAUNCH OF “NAMO KISAN PANCHAYAT: E-BIKE” PROGRAMME ORGANISED BY THE BJP KISAN MORCHA IN NABHOI IN GANDHINAGAR (GUJARAT)

  • The people of Gujarat very clearly know that who has taken the state forward, which party has changed the fame and fortune of the state, and who has created the world famous Gujarat model of development. In the ensuing Vidhan Sabha elections in Gujarat, the Bharatiya Janata Party under the leadership and guidance of our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji will once again register a historic victory in the state and form its Government with a thumping majority.
  • There have been several leaders who used to call themselves ‘Kisan Neta’. But the amount of work that our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji has done for the holistic development of our farming community and has empowered our farmers in the past over eight years, no other leader has done in the country. It is the Narendra Modi Government which has brought about real change in the lives of crores of our farmers across the country through his revolutionary schemes, policies and programmes.
  • The opposition parties are just playing their dirty politics in the name of farmers’ issues and problems. Till date these parties and their leaders have done nothing for the welfare and wellbeing of farmers or in increasing their incomes. Whereas our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji understood the problems, issues and pain of our farmers and worked hard to make lives of our farmers happy, prosperous and easy. The Narendra Modi Government is highly committed to empowerment and wellbeing of our farmers.
  • The Opposition parties only do the politics of lies and accusations as it has nothing positive to offer to the people of the country. But the Bharatiya Janata Party government works for the welfare and wellbeing of our farmers. They do the politics of the appeasement and vote bank, but the Bharatiya Janata Party works on the philosophy of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas and Sabha Prayas’.
  • Through the Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojna, our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji has so far provided over Rs 2 lakh crores in 11 installments to over 11 crore small and marginal farmers across the country directly into their bank accounts without any cut being given to middlemen. Whereas our country has seen a Prime Minister who used to say that his Union government sends Rs 1 but the actual delivery to the common man is just 15 paise. We don’t know which were those hands used to siphon off the remaining amount meant for the common man, poor people, farmers and people from the weaker sections of our society.
  • Under our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji the agriculture budget of the country has been increased by over six times in the last eight years. A liquid nano urea factory has been established in Gandhinagar which is the world’s largest liquid nano urea factory.
  • Our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji has provided e-mandi to our farmers which have led to supply and sale of the produce of our farmers across the country. The Bharatiya Janata Party government in Gujarat has provided over Rs 5,000 crore interest free loans to over 15 lakh farmers across the state.
  • Over 1.5 lakh small check dams have been constructed across Gujarat which has led to considerable increase in the groundwater level across the state. As a result, today our farmers are very easily able to get groundwater fir irrigation. Today prosperity among the farmers of Gujarat has improved.
  • The Congress has nothing to say and to offer to the people of the country because neither it has done anything for the country nor for the state. The Congress governments never had the issues of our farmers on its priority. It did nothing for the development and wellbeing of the farmers of our country.
