KEY POINTS OF THE SPEECH OF THE BHARATIYA JANATA PARTY NATIONAL PRESIDENT SHRI JAGAT PRAKASH NADDA JI GIVEN TODAY WHILE ADDRESSING MASSIVE VIJAY SANKALP RALLY AT GADDA (BOTAD) IN GUJARAT
The Bharatiya Janata Party is going to form its Government with massive majority in Gujarat. The people of Gujarat have already decided to form the double engine government of the Bharatiya Janata Party under the leadership and guidance of our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji. The people have decided — Ek Baar Bhajpa — Baar Baar Bhajpa (once BJP, always BJP).
During the Congress party government in Gujarat it were the criminal and goonda elements who actually ruled the state. But today Gujarat under the Bharatiya Janata Party government is known globally for development, growth, progress and prosperity. Honourable Shri Narendra Modi ji ended crime in Gujarat and laid the foundation of good governance in the state.
Rahul Gandhi is on Bharat Jodo Yatra where his partner is Medha Patkar who is responsible for stalling the all important Narmada project which kept to the people of the state away from the water of Maa Narmada river for 20 long years. And the Aam Aadmi Party made Medha Patkar contest the Lok Sabha elections. Now the time has come to teach these parties a lesson in the elections for betraying the people of Gujarat.
It is very difficult to understand whether Rahul Gandhi is on Bharat Jodo Yatra or Bharat Todo Yatra. This is the same Rahul Gandhi who had supported those who had raised anti India slogans, who has doubted the bravery of our soldiers and had opposed the scrapping of Article 370 which led to integration of Jammu and Kashmir with India in real sense.
Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru laid the foundation stone of Sardar Sarovar Dam project in 1961, but this project was completed by our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji who dedicated this project to the nation in 2017. Honourable Shri Narendra Modi ji had sat on fast to raise the height of the project and start the work in 2005, after which the Congress party government at the Centre had succumbed to his demand and started the work on the project.
These days one party is on election tourism in Gujarat — it is the Aam Aadmi Party. This party does only propaganda and no work. Almost all its candidates had lost their deposits in the state assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Goa. And now in Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh State elections also all the Aam Aadmi Party candidates will lose their deposits.
Aam Aadmi Party is a bubble which is visible only during elections, it does political tourism, it fools and betrays people, it does no concrete work and only engages in propaganda and then vanishes after the elections.
In Gujarat youngsters who are less than 20 years old do not know what is curfew because they have not seen imposition of curfew in the state due to excellent law and order situation in the state. Prior to the Bharatiya Janata Party government, during the Congress party rule 22 years ago the state used to be in curfew 250 days in one year.
While the groundwater level in other states is falling, in Gujarat it has shown remarkable increase, and all this has been made possible due to the remarkable work done in the state during the Chief Ministership of Honourable Shri Narendra Modi ji.
Under the leadership and guidance of Shri Narendra Modi ji, first as the Chief Minister of Gujarat and now as the Prime Minister, the fortune of the state has a total turnaround during the past 20 years. Today Gujarat is the leading state in various parameters of governance like Ease of Doing Business, logistics, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, connectivity and exports.
The Congress party had forgotten our icon Sardar Patel ji who united our country post Independence. The Congress always insulted Sardar Patel. It is our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji who established the world’s tallest memorial “Statue of Unity” in the honour and rememberance of Honourable Sardar Patel ji.
The Bharatiya Janata Party works on the ideology and principle of ” Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas and Sabka Prayas”. Whereas the Congress party believes in and practices the politics of dynasty and family, appeasement, nepotism and corruption. The people of India including Gujarat have very well understood this politics of the Congress party, and that is the reason that the Congress party never returns to power in the state where it is shown the door by the people.
