SALIENT POINTS OF THE SPEECH OF THE BJP NATIONAL PRESIDENT SHRI JAGAT PRAKASH NADDA WHILE ADDRESSING PUBLIC RALLIES IN MURIDA-FATORDA AND NAVELIM IN GOA

  • The people of Goa have already decided to once again form the development – oriented Bharatiya Janata Party government in Goa under the leadership and guidance of our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji and under the Chief Ministership of Shri Pramod Sawant. The grand and massive victory of the Bharatiya Janata Party in the state is certain.
  • It is only the Bharatiya Janata Party which is doing and highly committed for the development, growth and progress of Goa by following its ideology and policy, no other party has the vision and commitment to thin and work for Goa. It is the Bharatiya Janata Party under the leadership of our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji which has the vision and mission of development and prosperity for Goa.
  • From Jammu and Kashmir to Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, all the parties are badly afflicted by dynasty politics and family oriented politics.  Indian National Congress (INC ) is now Indian Family Congress (IFC ), which is a party of brother and sister.
  • All the other Opposition parties neither has a leader, nor any policy, intention or vision. It is only the Bharatiya Janata Party which has no dearth of leadership and it is also highly committed for the welfare and development of the people and the nation . The Bharatiya Janata Party has the policy and roadmap, we have programmes and we have committed workers and leaders.
  • All the other political parties, except for the Bharatiya Janata Party, are making false promises and misleading and cheating the people. It is only the Bharatiya Janata Party which fulfils all its commitments and promises. We do what we promise to the people. Whatever we will promise and commit to the people of Goa, we will fulfil it. And it is this trust which the people of Goa has on the Bharatiya Janata Party and its government.
  • It is the Bharatiya Janata Party which under the decisive and effective leadership of Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji changed the political culture of the country by starting the practice of presenting our Governments’ report cards to the people. Our policies and programmes are aimed at welfare and benefits of all sections of the society and are inclusive, but the politics of all the other parties are based on caste, religion and appeasement.
  • The Bharatiya Janata Party governments have never been biased in its policies and programmes, we never differentiate on the basis of caste, culture or religion. In Goa our government has carried out development which has affected life of every Goan. The Bharatiya Janata Party government has worked for the honour and dignity of every Goan.
  • Barring the Bharatiya Janata Party , all the other political parties are opportunistic . In the Congress party everyone is a CM candidate. The track record of the TMC is even worse. West Bengal has maximum poverty and the state is highly under developed.
  • The maximum number of human trafficking is taking place in West Bengal, while maximum number of crime against children is also happening in West Bengal.  Maximum number of unreported crime cases are also in West Bengal . They are unable to govern West Bengal and the state is in a very pathetic condition . And now they are taking rounds of Goa.
  • One ‘Neta ji’ has made false promises to the people of Goa of providing free electricity. A leader who cannot provide electricity, how will he give it free?
  • In his last days we have seen Honourable Manohar Parrikar ji inspecting the Atal Setu’s construction work with full vigour and commitment. When he had said ‘How’s the josh?’, then we had seen the enthusiasm and commitment in his eyes for the growth, development, progress and prosperity of Goa. All this is being fulfilled now by Shri Pramod Sawant ji.
  • The Bharatiya Janata Party government in Goa has taken inspiration from the ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan’ of our Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji and is implementing ‘Swayampurana Goa’ (self- reliant Goa ). Goa has got over Rs 400 crores under the Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan.
  • Every household in Goa is getting piped water under the ‘Jal Jivan Mission’ scheme, while the state has already become ODF (open defecation free) state . Women are being empowered through the Grah Sudhar Yojna.
  • Today Goa is free of mafia and criminal elements, while the state is at the top in crime detection rate. Forensic Science University is coming up in Goa. Great work is being done by the BJP government in improving aw and order situation in the state. The Bharatiya Janata Party government has taken the number of primary health centres in the state to 55, and before we formed the government it were just 19.
  • Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji gave global recognition to Goa by by holding BRICS Conference in the state. IIT Goa has also been established by the Narendra Modi government, while 40% reservation for Goans have been given in NIT. To develop Goa has a world class Maritime Cluster several MSME schemes have been implemented which ha changed the face of Goa.
