INDI Alliance wants to rob tribals reservation to serve their vote bank: Jagat Prakash Nadda

Hon’ble National President of Bharatiya Janata Party, Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda addressed a public meeting at Sarath in Deoghar, Jharkhand on Wednesday.  Shri Nadda made a scathing attack on the dirty politics of corruption, nepotism and appeasement of the Indi alliance and while mentioning the schemes of the BJP government, called for forming the Modi government once again. During the event, Dumka Lok Sabha candidate Smt. Sita Soren, Incumbent MP Shri Sunil Soren, Rajya Sabha MP Shri Aditya Sahu and MLA Shri Ranvir Singh, among other leaders were present.

Shri Nadda stated that despite the intense heat and adverse circumstances, the enthusiasm of the people has been revived because Smt. Sita Soren is likely to win the election. The significant participation of people in such contrary conditions indicates that they have decided that on June 1st, they will press the ‘Lotus‘ button. He appealed to the people to spread this message to everyone that on the 1st of June, by pressing the Lotus button, they should fulfill their responsibility towards the nation, the state, and the welfare of Dumka. A decade ago, the common man in India had resigned to the belief that politics would never change, that nothing would change in India, and that we would always remain backward, that our nation is corrupt. But in ten years, Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, through his actions, dedication and hard work, has propelled the nation forward. And because of his efforts, today the common man says that the country is changing and moving forward.

Hon’ble BJP National President stated that by pressing the Lotus button on 1st June, we will fulfill the pledge of Viksit Bharat envisioned by Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, and the country will advance on the path of Viksit Bharat. Today, under the leadership of Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji, the ordinary citizen of India is walking with the belief that India has progressed with the pledge of ‘Viksit Bharat.’ This enthusiasm, this zeal, this self-confidence, this Atmanirbhar Bharat is the changing image of India. A decade ago, votes were sought on the basis of caste, religion and region. However, Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji has transformed the culture and definition of politics by introducing the ideology of development and progress, guided by the mantra of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas.’

Shri Nadda remarked that nations such as the United States, Europe, Russia, China and Japan are all confronting economic difficulties. Under the leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, India has ascended from the 11th to the 5th position in the global economy, surpassing Britain. India is poised to ascend to the rank of the world’s third-largest economy. It took 28 years for medicines for Tuberculosis, 30 years for Tetanus, 28 years for Diphtheria, and 100 years for Japanese fever to arrive in India. However, during the COVID-19 pandemic, under the leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, India swiftly developed two vaccines within 9 months of the first case registered on January 27, 2020. The country then efficiently administered 220 crore double doses, including booster doses, safeguarding the health of 140 crore citizens. India has supplied vaccines to 100 countries worldwide and generously provided free vaccines to 48 nations as part of the Vaccine Maitri initiative. India’s transformation from a recipient of aid to a proactive provider underscores its growing role as a global contributor.

Hon’ble BJP National President stated that when earthquakes struck Nepal and Turkey, India was the first to offer assistance. Similarly, when there was a tragedy in Shillong or Madagascar, India was the first to extend support. India has reached out to every country in the world in terms of friendship, and its popularity has increased globally. India has emerged as the world’s second-largest producer of medicines, offering some of the most affordable and effective treatments globally. There has been remarkable progress in the petrochemical sector, and India has become the third-largest automobile sector, surpassing Japan. Additionally, India has become the third-largest toy industry and has secured the second position in steel production. A decade ago, mobile phones used to be labeled ‘Made in China’, but today, 97 percent are produced in India with the mark ‘Made in India‘.

Shri Nadda stated that approximately 28 kilometers of national highways are being constructed daily, totaling nearly 55 thousand kilometers already built. Additionally, 26 thousand kilometers of new railway tracks have been laid. Through the Pradhan Mantri Gramin Sadak Yojana, roads have been extended to villages across the country, covering lakhs of kilometers. Furthermore, an airport and AIIMS have been established in Deoghar. Kendriya Vidyalaya has been established in Deoghar, signifying development from every perspective.

Hon’ble BJP National President stated that Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji has empowered various sections of society including villages, the poor, marginalized communities, Dalits, youth, farmers and women through his policies. Optical fiber has been extended to over 2 lakh panchayats, providing internet facilities, and approximately 2 lakh villages have been equipped with common service centers. These common service centers enable people in Deoghar to access information about market rates across the country, which proves helpful not only for trading but also for educational purposes.

Shri Nadda highlighted that despite opposition from the Congress and Jharkhand Mukti Morcha, who deemed laying optical fiber a waste of funds, Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji recognized India’s true potential. Consequently, even vegetable vendors conduct digital transactions today. India now accounts for 40% of the world’s digital transactions.

Hon’ble BJP National President mentioned that through the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana, 5 kg of food grains were distributed to 80 crore people nationwide, including 2 crore 60 lakh people in Jharkhand, this has led to 25 crore individuals having been uplifted from the poverty line. This scheme will continue for the next five years under the BJP government, ensuring food security for the impoverished. Unlike during Congress rule, where two houses were allocated to every panchayat, under Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji’s leadership, nearly 50 houses have been constructed in each panchayat, totaling 4 crore houses nationwide, with nearly half in the name of women. Furthermore, the BJP has committed to building 3 crore new houses in the upcoming five years.

Shri Nadda announced that Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji is introducing ‘PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana’, wherein the electricity bills will be zero. Under this scheme, the Modi government will provide ₹75 thousand to families to install solar panels on their rooftops, ensuring free electricity from these panels. Moreover, the government will purchase excess electricity produced, contributing to household income.

Hon’ble BJP National President highlighted the transformation in healthcare, noting that previously, individuals had to rely on local MPs and MLAs for financial assistance for serious diseases. However, under the leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, arrangements have been made to provide free treatment up to ₹5 lakh annually to 40 percent of India’s population through the Ayushman Bharat scheme. Additionally, Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji has extended this benefit to people of all classes and religions aged 70 years and above. The potential securing of a third consecutive term by Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi on 4th June would indeed mark a historic moment, potentially setting a new global record.

Shri Nadda remarked that while under the leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, there is enlightenment, on the other hand, under the INDI alliance, there is darkness. Despite the JMM’s promises regarding ‘Jal, Jungle aur Zameen’ their governance witnesses the flourishing of the sand mafia, illegal land grabs by land mafias and a surge in “land jihad” in the state. Infiltrators are misleading tribal women and promoting “Love jihad’, shielded by the government. Leaders of the INDI Alliance are either in jail, or out on bail, with corruption allegations against nearly all of them. In Jharkhand, both liquor and sand mafias are actively operating. ₹29 crore were seized from the residence of a minister’s PA’s servant in Jharkhand and ₹300 crore were seized from a Member of Parliament’s residence, belonging to the impoverished tribal community of Jharkhand. Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji has taken action against corrupt individuals and is committed to returning the money to the poor. Under his leadership, India is bolstering its global stature. Under the guidance of Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi, the JMM alliance seeks to encroach the reservations granted to tribals, merely to appease a special community. Rahul Gandhi is frequently seen with the Constitution book, yet the Congress party granted Dalit reservation to the Muslim community four times in Andhra Pradesh. Additionally, in an unconstitutional move, congress party revoked the reservation of the OBC community by classifying the Muslim community as OBC in Karnataka. Shri Nadda appealed for nationwide reform under the Modi government, urging for the victory of local candidates.
