Hon’ble Union Home Minister & Minister of Cooperation Shri Amit Shah addressed public meetings in Karakat and Sasaram, Bihar on Sunday. Shri Shah criticized the RJD, Congress, and the INDI alliance for their misgovernance in Bihar for years and highlighted the developmental works undertaken by the BJP-led NDA government in the state. During the event, Union Minister Shri Nityanand Rai, NDA Karakat Lok Sabha Candidate and RLD President Shri Upendra Kushwaha, Sasaram Lok Sabha candidate Shri Shivesh Ram, Aurangabad candidate Shri Sushil Kumar Singh and others were present.

Shri Shah stated that the elections for the 6th phase have concluded and that by the 5th phase itself, Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji is on track to win 310 seats and form the government. The elections in the 6th and 7th phases are crucial to achieve the ‘400 Paar’ seats. People must support the lotus symbol to ensure that Shri Narendra Modi Ji becomes Prime Minister for the third time. Every vote for BJP and NDA will directly go to Shri Narendra Modi Ji.

Hon’ble Union Home Minister & Minister of Cooperation emphasized that the contest is between two groups. On one side, there is the INDI Alliance involved in ₹12 lakh crore worth of corruption, and on the other side is Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, who has been the Chief Minister and Prime Minister for 23 years without a single allegation of corruption. On one side, features Rahul Gandhi who was born with a silver spoon and the other side, features Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, who was born in a poor, backward community. Rahul Gandhi, who leaves the country for vacationing abroad, and there is Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, who has not taken a single holiday in 23 years and celebrates Diwali with soldiers at the border. This election is between those who shoot bullets at Ram Bhakts and those who build the Ram Mandir.

Shri Shah highlighted that the area was once plagued by Naxalism, especially in the Obra block where many significant incidents occurred. Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji has worked to eradicate Naxalism from Jharkhand, Bihar, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Madhya Pradesh. Areas like Budha Pahad in Jharkhand and Chakrabanda have been liberated from Naxalism under his leadership. If people vote incorrectly, parties like CPI(ML) will resurge and promote Naxalism again. The only option for the people of Karakat to prevent this is to support Shri Upendra Kushwaha and Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji.

Hon’ble Union Home Minister & Minister of Cooperation said that Lalu Yadav has taken refuge in an anti-backward party to make his son as the Chief Minister. Congress has always opposed the backward and extremely backward society. The Congress suppressed the Kakasaheb Kalelkar Commission report, preventing the implementation of reservations for the backward society. They also hindered the Mandal Commission from being implemented. When the Mandal Commission report was eventually accepted, Rajiv Gandhi also strongly opposed it. However, Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji established the National Commission for Backward Classes (NCBC) working towards constitutional dignity for them. Congress always talks about uplifting the Dalit community in their election speeches, but during Congress rule, the budget for the welfare of the Dalit community was only ₹41 thousand crores. It was Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji who increased it to ₹1 lakh 65 thousand crores. Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji declared April 14 as National Harmony Day, November 26 as Constitution Day, and initiated the development of places associated with Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, such as Mhow, London, Nagpur, Delhi, and Mumbai, as ‘Panchteerth’ sites.

Shri Shah stated that the ‘Mahagathbandhan’ has no candidate for the Prime Ministerial position. When a journalist asked the leader of the ‘Mahagathbandhan’ about their Prime Ministerial candidate, he replied, ‘Every year, each leader will take turns becoming the Prime Minister.’ However, only Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji can give Pakistan a befitting reply, protect from the COVID-19 pandemic, eradicate terrorism and Naxalism, uplift more than 60 crore poor, hoist the tricolor on the moon, and enhance the startup ecosystem. From East to West, North to South, chants of ‘Modi-Modi’ echo throughout the country. This chant signifies the aspiration to build a great India and transform Bihar into ‘Viksit Bihar’. Despite 10 years of Lalu Yadav’s government in the UPA, Bihar received only ₹2 lakh 80 thousand crores, whereas Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji has allocated ₹14 lakh 23 thousand crores for the state.

Hon’ble Union Home Minister & Minister of Cooperation declared that PoK (Pakistan-occupied Kashmir) is part of India, and although the Congress party claims Pakistan has atomic bombs and PoK should not be demanded. But the BJP karyakarta and Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji does not fear atomic bombs. PoK was, is, and will remain part of India, and India will reclaim it without any hindrance. During Congress’s rule over 70 years, they kept the issue of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya unresolved, continually delaying and diverting it. In contrast, Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji resolved the issue, won the case in five years, performed the Bhoomi Poojan, and on January 22, the “Pran Pratishtha” ceremony was conducted.

Shri Shah stated that Lalu Yadav and Rahul Gandhi talk about the poor but they haven’t done anything for them during their tenures. Lalu Yadav served as Chief Minister for 15 years and as a minister at the Centre for 10 years, while Rahul Gandhi’s family ruled the country for four generations. What have they done for the poor? When a son from a humble and backward community, Shri Narendra Modi Ji became Prime Minister, work for the poor began. Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji has provided 80 crore poor people with 5 kg of free grain, constructed toilets in 12 crore houses, provided houses under the PM Awas Yojana to 4 crore people, distributed Ujjwala gas connections to over 10 crore people, and ensured “Nal Se Jal” for 14 crore people. Additionally, through the Ayushman Yojana, 60 crore people received up to ₹5 lakh worth of free medical treatment.

Hon’ble Union Home Minister & Minister of Cooperation highlighted that during the COVID-19 pandemic, Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji ensured free vaccinations for every poor person, safeguarding the nation. Lalu Yadav never recommended Bharat Ratna for Shri Karpoori Thakur Ji. It was Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji who honored Bihar’s leader, Shri Karpoori Thakur, with Bharat Ratna. Lalu Yadav talks about providing 100% reservation for the special community, while in West Bengal, Karnataka, and Hyderabad, the Indi Alliance cut the reservation for the backward community to give it to Muslims. Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji has promised that no one will touch the reservations for SC, ST, and OBC communities.

Shri Shah pointed out that Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji has had a complete majority for the past 10 years with the blessings of Bihar, and he has used this mandate to secure the country. Previously, there were frequent terrorist incidents, but Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji put an end to terrorism with surgical and air strikes. If people do not want a return to the jungle raj of kidnappings and killings in Bihar, they should reject Lalu Yadav’s alliance, which promotes the “Tel Pilawan, Lathiya Ghumawan” strategy, and support Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, who promotes the politics of development.

Hon’ble Union Home Minister & Minister of Cooperation noted that under Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji’s leadership, the BJP government has constructed overbridges in Aurangabad, Ghuraru, and Rafiganj, expanded the National Highway, included Karakat in the Varanasi-Kolkata corridor, built a thermal power project, constructed a 25 km road from Barun to Jharkhand, developed a ring road around Sasaram city, provided houses to 1,56,000 poor people in Karakat, facilitated ₹5 lakh worth of medical treatment for 6,30,000 people, distributed 5 lakh gas connections, provided free grain to 7,31,000 people, and ensured “Nal Se Jal” in 8 lakh households. Shri Amit Shah urged voters to support BJP and NDA candidates and re-elect Shri Narendra Modi Ji as Prime Minister with a huge majority of “400 Paar” seats.
