He also emphasized the significance of ‘One Nation, One Election’ in strengthening democracy and conserving the country’s resources. Shri Singh criticized the Congress for appeasement politics and involvement in corruption.

Union Defence Minister Shri Rajnath Singh noted that in the recent elections in Madhya Pradesh, many political analysts predicted that the BJP would lose power due to anti-incumbency sentiments. However, he expressed gratitude to the public for defying these predictions and for strongly supporting the BJP in the state assembly elections. Shri Rajnath Singh emphasized the need for “One Nation One Election” to streamline the electoral process in India. He mentioned that currently, there are frequent elections at various levels, including Lok Sabha, Vidhan Sabha, Nagar Palika, and Nagar Panchayat. Shri Singh noted that conducting all these elections simultaneously would save time and resources for the country. Shri Singh praised Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for setting up a committee, headed by former President Shri Ram Nath Kovind, to study and propose recommendations for this reform. Shri Rajnath Singh noted that ‘One Nation, One Election’ will strengthen democracy. The public will be able to make better use of their vote. This is also a solution to stop horse trading.

Shri Rajnath Singh highlighted the BJP’s governance in Madhya Pradesh since 2003, with Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan serving as Chief Minister for most of that time. He commended Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan for steering Madhya Pradesh away from its previous status as a ‘BIMARU’ state and transforming it into a growth engine for the country. Shri Singh also praised the current Chief Minister, Shri Mohan Yadav, for leading the state’s rapid development. He emphasized that the BJP has consistently fulfilled its promises and remained committed to its manifesto from its days as the Bharatiya Jana Sangh to the present.

Union Defence Minister Shri Rajnath Singh stated that the Bharatiya Janata Party has consistently reiterated its commitment to building the Ram mandir in Ayodhya with the slogan “Ram Lalla hum Aayenge, Mandir Wahin Banayenge,” a sentiment upheld by the Bharatiya Jan Sangh since 1984. He highlighted that people used to question during every election when Bhagwan Ram would come and when the temple would be built, and now they have witnessed Bhagwan Ram’s presence in Ayodhya. He emphasized that Bhagwan Shri Ram has been placed in his abode, and the era of Ram Rajya will commence in India. Shri Rajnath Singh added furthermore, the BJP pledged to revoke Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir, ensuring that it receives the same status as other states in India. With a majority in both houses of parliament, they swiftly abolished it. The BJP also promised to enact a citizenship law, which has now been accomplished.

Shri Rajnath Singh underscored that the BJP is committed to justice and humanity, advocating for equality regardless of caste, creed, or religion. However, he criticized the Indian National Congress for attempting to sow seeds of hatred and fear among people, urging them not to support the BJP. He clarified that the CAA is not discriminatory against Muslims and assured that no Muslim will be expelled from India; they are citizens of India and will remain within the country. Shri Rajnath Singh stated that the opposition lacks wisdom on the issue, they do not possess any substantial issues. He criticized the opposition for attempting to mislead the public and only seeking to achieve their own goals by manipulating public sentiment.

Union Defence Minister Shri Rajnath Singh emphasized that despite being in government for several decades, the Congress has not served the people but instead acted as a dictator over them. He praised the NDA government, led by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, as the one that has come to serve the people. The BJP government is not formed solely for governance but to serve the people. Shri Rajnath Singh highlighted that under the PM Awas Yojana, those who once had makeshift houses now have permanent ones. He praised Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for ensuring that no women have to travel far for water by implementing the Nal se Jal Yojana, which aims to provide piped water to every household.

Union Defence Minister Shri Rajnath Singh expressed his gratitude to the people for forming a “double engine” government. He mentioned that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has committed to spending ₹1.25 lakh crore for the benefit of farmers across the nation, ensuring proper storage facilities. Shri Singh emphasized that if farmers do not receive fair prices for their produce, they can store their harvested crops in warehouses, take money against it, and manage their households. When prices rise, they can then sell their produce, a mindset that the Congress did not have in its 55 years of governance. The ideology of serving with a sense of duty will prevail, and it is under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi that the BJP embodies this. He expressed satisfaction that in Madhya Pradesh, people used to rush to acquire land, but they had no right to do so; they had houses but were not the owners. The government has conducted drone surveys and under the Prime Minister’s Swamitva Yojana, 20 lakh people have been given their rightful ownership, and the entire nation can witness this development.

Shri Rajnath Singh remarked that ensuring the protection of the poor from every adversity is Modi’ Ki Guarantee, and India is progressing swiftly. He emphasized that only the Bharatiya Janata Party can lead the country out of the crisis. Regarding corruption, he noted that during the ten years of BJP’s governance, not a single allegation of corruption has been levelled against the party. Conversely, not only were corruption charges levelled against the INC government, but some ministers even had to face imprisonment.

Union Defence Minister Shri Rajnath Singh mentioned that former Prime Minister Shri Rajiv Gandhi often spoke about the internal corruption within the government system. He noted that Shri Rajiv Gandhi expressed concerns that a significant portion of the money meant for beneficiaries did not reach them and was instead misused by the corrupt system. Shri Rajnath Singh stated that to combat the corruption in the system, PM Shri Narendra Modi launched the ‘trinity of Aadhar, Jan Dhan, and Mobile,’ ensuring transparent delivery of government funds to beneficiaries and effectively combating corruption.

Shri Rajnath Singh reassured the public about the security of the nation’s borders and boundaries, emphasizing their complete security. He pointed out a past incident where terrorists entered Mumbai via the sea route and caused harm to many innocent civilians. He criticized the response of the then Home Minister, who referred to the incident as ‘Choti-Moti Ghatna.’  Shri Singh highlighted that there have been no reports of terror attacks in the country, which reflects the efficient governance of the BJP. He also praised Singrauli Lok Sabha candidate Shri Rajesh Mishra for his long-standing service to the public, even outside of any official post. Shri Singh urged the public to vote for the BJP to ensure a massive victory.
