Tejasvi Surya Assumes Charge As BJYM President

Elated By Young & Dynamic Tejasvi Surya’s nomination as the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha National President, the BJYM Delhi youth wing workers gave a resounding welcome to the Bangalore South Lok Sabha MP in New Delhi on October 19.

Shri Tejasvi assumed charge as 14th President of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha. He succeeds Lok Sabha Mumbai MP Smt. Poonam Mahajan on successful completion of her tenure. BJP National General Secretaries Shri Arun Singh and Shri Tarun Chugh were present at the function. They congratulated the newly appointed BJYM President.

On assuming office, Shri Tejasvi thanked the Party’s Top Leadership, Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and BJP National President Shri JP Nadda for entrusting him with the responsibility to lead BJYM, youth wing of world’s largest youth organisation of one of the largest democracies in the world. He said, office of BJYM President is not an office of power, but an office of responsibility. This is not any decoration, but examination. It is not only an opportunity but a challenge. We must ensure that every scheme of Modi Government reaches the last man. We all must support the Mission Antyodaya.

He added that BJYM will strive hard to establish the rule of law and restore democracy in states of West Bengal, Kerela andTamil Nadu. Hundreds of Young Party activists have sacrificed their lives to reinstate the law of the land in these states. The detractors of these states need to be tought a lesson.
