Smt. Vanathi SrinivasanI said, “I as the National President of BJP Mahila Morcha and as a legislator from Tamil Nadu, thank Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji, his Council of Ministers, and the BJP for this historic development.

Prime Minister Modi Ji’s Council of Ministers too had created history in 2021 with 11 women getting to be ministers with Cabinet Rank or Ministers of State. Once this Women’s Reservation Bill is passed by the Parliament of India, we can say this achievement has turned a page in history to provide genuine representation for women in the country’s legislative bodies.

BJP Mahila Morcha, in general, and I, in particular, wholeheartedly welcome the Women’s Reservation Bill of the Shri Narendra Modi government and congratulate all those responsible for this achievement”.
