that, the Modi government has not only completed the long pending projects like ‘Atal Tunnel’, but also restored the special package that was stopped by the Congress led UPA government and given the gifts of new AIIMS, IIM, Vande Bharat Express and many other infrastructural facilities. The commitment of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi to Himachal Pradesh and his special affection for the people has seen the state achieve many milestones in its developmental journey, resulting in the overwhelming support of the people for the BJP. The people have made up their minds to re-elect the BJP government again to continue the pace of development in the days to come.
The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, has issued the 12th instalment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, reiterating the commitment of his government to the welfare of the farmers. The Prime Minister also launched the Pradhan Mantri Bharatiya Jan Urvarak Yojayan—’One Nation, One Fertilizer’ scheme to ensure farmers have access to affordable and high-quality fertilizer. At the same time, the farmers of India are also given a huge hike in the MSP of the Rabi crops, ranging from 104 percent to 50 percent of the cost of production. The Modi government has not only fulfilled the commitment to provide 1.5 times the cost of production of various crops but has also brought many new crops under the MSP regime. While the list of crops has been significantly increased, the procurement has also been very high, bringing massive relief to millions of farmers across the country. The Prime Minsiter’s vision of doubling farmers’ income can be seen getting implemented through a large number of schemes securing the future of agriculture in the country. The Modi government has not only empowered the farmers through various schemes but also paved the path of future development, reflecting the vision of ‘Amrit Kaal’. The government is committed to improving farmers’ capabilities, promoting advanced agriculture techniques, and making their lives easier by transforming them into economic assets and global players in the agriculture sector. This vision seems to be getting realised by the recent achievements of farmers during the COVID-19 pandemic. When other sectors were reeling under pressure, the farmers of India remarkably increased their production, making the entire nation proud. Today, India is leading in many agro-based sectors with its immense capabilities and has also become an exporter of many agricultural products.
As India is moving forward under the charismatic and visionary leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the scale of achievements has shifted from national to global level. Today, on every global issue, ranging from war to climate change, the leadership of India is sought for the resolution of deadlocks at an international level. At home, the support of the people for the inspiring leadership of the Prime Minister encourages everyone to contribute to the goals of national reconstruction fully. A confident and strong India is marching ahead in the ‘Amrit Kaal’ while creating new dimensions of development and good governance. The vision of ‘Sabka Saaath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas’ is creating an ambience where the goals of ‘Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat’ are becoming a reality.
