Hridaynath Singh no more

The BJP’s senior leader, Sri Hridaynath Singh, passed away at the age of 82 on January 1 in Lucknow. He was Rashtriya Sangthak of the BJP National Kisan Morcha. Since his student days, he was inclined towards the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, and after completing his studies, he joined the Sangh as a pracharak. His journey started as a tehsil pracharak from Akbarpur tehsil (present-day Ambedkar Nagar district) of the then Faizabad (present-day Ayodhya).Later on, he was entrusted with the responsibility of District Pracharak and Vibhag Pracharak. In the 1990s, he was made BJP General Secretary (Organization) of the Braj region. After this, he also worked as the General Secretary(organization) in different states. The BJP National President Shri Jagat Prakash Nadda,Defence Minister Shri Rajnath Singh,UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath,Deputy Chief Ministers of the State Shri Kesav Prasad Maurya,Shri Brajesh Pathak, and other leaders of the party condoled the demise of the leader.

Shri JP Nadda posted on X “The demise of senior Pracharak of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, former regional organizing secretary of the Bhartiya Janata Party, Shri Hridaynath Singh ji, is extremely painful.

Your entire life was dedicated to public service and nation-building. Your efficiency and dedication to the organization is an inspiration to all of us. My condolences are with the bereaved family. I pray to God to grant the departed soul a place at His feet. Om peace!”

“I am deeply saddened by the demise of senior BJP leader Hridaynath Singh ji. I had long-term contact with him. Especially when I was the party president in Uttar Pradesh, I closely experienced his working efficiency and capability as the Regional Organization Secretary,” the Defence Minister Shri Rajnath Singh posted on X on Tuesday. “His entire life was dedicated to the public interest and national interests. In this hour of mourning, I express my deepest condolences to his family and well-wishers. Om Shanti!” he added.
