‘Mandal Shashaktikaran Abhiyaan’ launched

BJYM National Executive Committee Meeting, New Delhi

The National Executive Committee Meeting of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) was held at BJP headquarters in New Delhi on 04 November, 2023. This meeting marked a significant milestone in the journey of BJYM, aiming to strengthen the organization and provide guidance to the dedicated Karyakartas nationwide.

The inaugural session of the NEC was addressed by Union Minister Shri Dharmendra Pradhan. He said, “BJYM’s only commitment in the coming six months should be to ensure that Shri Narender Modi is given another chance to serve the nation. This party has taken leap into a movement now, working towards the betterment of the society and the under privileged ones.”

Another session saw the presence of BJP National Joint General Secretary (org.), Shri Shiv Prakash, who emphasized the importance of Sangathan within the BJP. He noted, “The main work of BJYM Karyakartas should be focused on the educating the general public about the policies of the government, helping people in taking full advantage of the policies and to think as to how the Sangathan can further be strengthened. We need to work on grass root level and ensure that Mandal teams are fully functional. Training programs should be regularly conducted at state and district level. The Vistaraks should go on a nine days mandal Pravas.”

In the session after this, BJP National General Secretary Shri Sunil Bansal conveyed important roadmap for unchallenged political victory to the members of Yuva Morcha. He said, “The news headlines after winning the Lok Sabha elections in 2024, would highlight the importance of youth in this victory. Approximately two crores youth will be the new voters during this election of Lok Sabha.”

In the concluding session, Union Minister Shri Piyush Goyal launched the “Vidya Kamal App” of BJYM. This app would be an e-learning mobile app, which would also connect the masses with the latest news, information about their leaders, and latest posts. Shri Goyal said, “The things that we learn by doing small things as a small Karyakartas, cannot be learnt once we come on a bigger position. In Yuva Morcha, you are the youth and you should learn at this stage”.

One of the pivotal outcomes of this NEC meeting was the launch of the ‘Mandal Shashaktikaran Abhiyaan’ – a visionary initiative designed to empower the grassroots-level workers. The ‘Mandal Shashaktikaran Abhiyaan’ also included a ‘Trainer’s Training Programme’ to equip our state team members with the necessary skills and knowledge.

BJYM National President Shri Tejasvi Surya expressed his confidence in the success of the ‘Mandal Shashaktikaran Abhiyaan, saying, “Reform, perform, transform and Inform. This is the agenda of the Modi Government. We are the backbone of the Indian Political system and it is our privilege to serve it.”

MSME Sector Crosses 15+Crore Employment Mark

The MSME sector has achieved a significant milestone by generating over 15 crore employment opportunities. This remarkable achievement was announced by Union Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Shri Narayan Rane in a recent social media post on X.

Shri Rane highlighted the important role of the Udyam portal in facilitating this achievement with the registration of over 3 crore MSME units on the Udyam portal, including 99 lakh informal MSME units registered on the Udyam Assist portal. Out of these 3 crore registered MSMEs, more than 41 lakh are women owned MSMEs.
He noted that among the 15 crore employment opportunities generated, over 3.4 crore are held by women. This reflects the government’s commitment to promote women entrepreneurship and empower women through the MSME sector.

The Minister attributed this success to the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, whose unwavering support for the MSME sector has been instrumental in its growth and development.
