PM commences Deepotsav in Ayodhya on the eve of Diwili

On the eve of Deepawali, the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi becomes a part of the sixth edition of the Deepotsav celebrations in Ayodhya. On the occasion, more than 15 lakh diyas (lamps) lit and five animated tableaus and eleven Ramleela tableaus with different dance forms from different states were shown.

PM inspects site of Shree Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra

On the eve of Deepavali, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi visited Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh and performed darshan and pooja of Bhagwan Shree Ramlala Virajman on 23 October, 2022. The Prime Minister inspected the site of Shree Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra. He also interacted with people associated with the sacred project including the shramjeevis at the temple site.

Ayodhya Deepotsav: Grand Deepotsav Celebrations Begin In Ayodhya Ahead Of  Diwali

On the eve of Deepavali, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi initiated the commencement of the grand Deepotsav celebrations in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh on October 23, 2022. The Prime Minister also witnessed the 3-D Holographic Projection Mapping Show at Ram Ki Paidi on the banks of river Saryu along with the Grand Musical Laser Show.

Addressing the gathering, the Prime Minister hailed Lord Shri Ram and said Ayodhya Ji is divine with the light of the diyas and grand with emotions. “Today Ayodhya is a reflection of the golden chapter of India’s cultural rejuvenation,” he remarked.

Shri Modi stated that he felt a rush of emotions running through him when he came here for the Rajyabhishek earlier. The Prime Minister wondered in admiration about how Ayodhya would have been decorated when Lord Shri Ram returned after 14 years of exile. “Today in this Amrit Kaal, with the blessing of Lord Ram, we are witnessing the divinity and immortality of Ayodhya”, the Prime Minister remarked.
Deepawali lamps are the living energy of India’s ideals, values and philosophy. The illumination and effects of this light is the proclamation of the principle mantra of India – ‘Satyamev Jayate’, the Prime Minister added.

PM performs Rajyabhishek

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi performed Rajyabhishek of Prateek Swarup of Bhagwan Shree Ram in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. He also witnessed Aarti at New Ghat, Saryu river. Upon arriving at the venue, the Prime Minister also met and interacted with the saints.

Addressing the gathering, the Prime Minister said that the fortune of having darshan of Shri Ramlala and Rajya Abhishek is possible only by the blessings of Lord Shree Ram. Bhagwan Ram’s Abhishek further strengthens his values and ideals in us even further. With his Abhishek, the path shown by Lord Shree Ram gets even more clear. In every particle of Ayodhya ji, we see his philosophy, the Prime Minister said.
“This philosophy is getting spread all over the world via Ram Leelas of Ayodhya, Saryu Aarti, Deepotsav and research and study on Ramayana”, Shri Modi added.
