BJP OBC Morcha National Executive Meeting Held

The BJP OBC Morcha National Executive meeting was held from 3rd to 5th December at Kevadia, Narmada District of Gujarat. The meeting was presided over by OBC Morcha National President Dr. K Laxman and BJP National General Secretary and the party’s in charge of the morcha, Shri Arun Singh. The meeting was addressed and guided by the BJP National General Secretary (Organization), Shri B.L. Santhosh. Those who attended the meeting were the OBC Morcha’s national office bearers, national executive members, state presidents of the morcha and special invitees.

The meeting discussed the initiatives and schemes taken by the Modi government for the betterment of other backward classes (OBCs) at length. Its National General Secretary, Shri Nikhil Anand, briefed the future programmes of the morcha.

While concluding the meeting, OBC Morcha gave a vote of thanks to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for extending the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana till March 2022 in a bid to bring relief to over 80 crore people during the COVID-19 pandemic and for crossing an inoculation milestone with the country administering 150 crore Made in India Covid-19 vaccine doses to citizens against the virus.
